Training Guides
In my previous career, most of my employees were new to the workforce. While my company does provide extensive training and development materials, I noticed that younger employees often struggled to retain the information. The documents were sometimes too wordy or cluttered, causing important content to get lost.
After learning and developing my skills on various design platforms, I decided to simplify some of the basic training materials. I started with only a couple (for confidentiality reasons, I'm unable to share those). The results were undeniably better — our onboarding processes became faster, easier, and more effective, and these improvements have continued to benefit our team.

This inspired me to explore further opportunities for improvement and identify areas lacking learning resources. The following documents address key topics that have been challenging for new managers and teams in my district. Thanks to the guides I created, my peers have achieved outstanding results with their teams, turning these complex discussions into accessible and effective learning experiences.

Management resources to help organize, analyze, and streamline sales numbers and goals.
Management resource for learning how to properly walk the store when floor-supervising. This was especially useful during holiday seasons when training temporary key-holders.
Employee training & development documents to help them understand specific jobs around the store. These were another highly useful tool during the holidays.
